Press and a new song
Bushwickbk.com was kind enough to review a song I just finished up. I'd like to take this space to say thank you, it's tough getting press of any kind without any kind of backing so Merci! Here's the review and the song

Bushwick Music Review: Timatim Fitfit
by Amanda Farah | November 18th, 2010
Each week we’ll highlight a different song by a Bushwick band or artist we like. If you would like to have your band’s song considered, you can submit an MP3 here.
If great art is created by those who struggle, indie rock has suffered for a lack of suffering. It’s a genre dominated by kids who met in college, who haven’t really been oppressed, who haven’t really composed an iconic protest song, who haven’t found a cause to enrage them.
So kudos to Timatim Fitfit for struggling a bit. In the same spirit of Jimmy “The Rent Is Too Damn High” McMillan, Fitfit has taken on “the landlords,” perhaps the one entity we’ve all been at loggerheads with. His approach is a bit more baroque than McMillan’s; “No How” is a piano driven ballad that starts off misleadingly jaunty. The accordion that weaves adds to the illusion of lightness, but Tim successfully conveys the misery of his situation with his vocals. Best of all are the dripping water samples, recorded from the leaks in Fitfit’s own apartment.
